Unfortunately, you have to edit each entry individually (by changing the security setting to 'friends'). I've had this journal for about a year and a half, and I've posted over 300 entries, so the idea of editing every single entry one at a time didn't exactly appeal to me, as you can imagine. But it actually didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would; I imagined myself working on it for weeks, but I did it yesterday evening with no problem.
