We had this discussion at work the other day about the movie...
There is this girl at work who was pissed that it wasn't realistic enough...
...the fuck?
How realistic do you WANT a comic book character to be?
I think people are missing the point about the Joker and how some say he should of been dead in the beginning of the movie...
If you've EVER been around someone who's fuckin crazy--It's not only scary, but sort of interesting...And the fact he had bombs strapped to his jacket would of made it senseless for the room of mobs to kill him after he did his 'pencil trick...'
Ok, I will admit the sound of Batman's voice was stupid... He sounded like he was in between having a cold and just got out of a deep throat party... but still... WE ARE MAKING A COMIC BOOK INTO A MOVIE! It's not some flashy anime... ITS WITH REAL PEOPLE!
People also missed that most of the cops were working FOR the Joker... someone who knows something who knows something who knows something ALWAYS works for the bad guy! EASY AS PIE! That's how the commissioner was poisoned and the police chief survived by BULLET PROOF VEST! Hey, guess what? THAT HAPPENS IN THE REAL WORLD LOLOLOL!
And the whole Batman went to China... Bruce Wayne kept his personal life pretty private... SO, for him to go to China would mean NOTHING. I mean, he did have business ties with them to begin with... and as for Batman? FOLLOWING LEADS TO A CRIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is the dark crusader AFTER ALL :)
The ONLY thing I was disappointed in was that Harvey 'Two Face' died... I mean...I think he died, this could be a movie twist. However, I WAS IN LOVE WITH TWO FACE AS A CHILD >.>
I also heard they are gonna try to get Johnny Depp to play the Riddler for the next movie... If so.. I hope he doesn't try to pull out his usual Jack Sparrow... that would PISS ME THE FUCK OFF >
Ok, It's time for me to go get ready... John's mama is coming to get some hugs and kisses before she heads back to Missouri.
