It's coming down to the end of this training cycle. 5 days til Bayshore. I started tweaking yesterday during my long run, about breakfast food of all things, so there's that. My current marathon PR is 3:39:16. I wouldn't mind getting a new one. And in between is something in the 3:20s.

I was tweaking a bit today, but not about the marathon...about a trail relay I am doing in 3.5 weeks. I'm team captain and 2 of my members are really slacking-off and claiming they didn't know how many miles they are responsible for. I wish they'd drop out, since we shouldn't have trouble finding replacements.
