and I've also noticed the cake is kinda... lacking. usually I bake my own cake out of a box for my birthday, but there have been times I've bought snack cakes.. like when I was in high school, I'd get them for lunch. but yeah. :(

And I'm glad I'm not the only one with a discerning palette when it comes to snack cake quality. People usually look at me funny when I eat the frosting and leave the cake behind, but I can't help it. It's icccky.

While I am not familiar with the Hostess cake, what with it being completely unknown Down Under, I most heartily recommend you add the fact that Apeture Science Labs have at least one big-ass oven for sale, capable of cooking their cakes at a balmy 5000 degrees Kelvin.

I'm kind of surprised because I thought Hostess was an international thing. Obviously I was wrong :D And I would offer to send you one, but you're reeeeeally not missing out on anything. Blech.
