Hmm. I don't see Jade around. Well, I guess I don't have to check in with him to begin my apartment hunting! He'll just have to stay at home and worry about me all day. ♥

[Peony is looking extra (!) determined, almost uncharacteristically, and she steps outside, peeking down the walkway. She catches just a glimpse of a young gay gentleman

(Have a Saphir, now squirming and trying to get away from Peony. He's still a little freaked about her being female, and so is trying to not even look at her, since denial is always the best way to go.)

Peony! Get off of me now, or you'll pay!

[she stops and wrinkles her nose at him, a deep blush spreading across her face]

Sorry. I shouldn't have been so rough with you.

[she clambers off of him and offers him a hand up]

You're right, you shouldn't have been! At least you're willing to admit it...

(But confused Saphir is confused. And so he looks up to see what Peony's plotting... and finds himself staring, a very obvious blush coloring his face, as he clumsily accepts the offered hand.)

Oh, it's alright. You didn't mean to do it, after all, right, Peony?

(And now he's blushing, happily watching her and trying to figure out what to do next- but he doesn't know, since it's Peony and not Jade, so he's kinda at a loss...)

Well, I wouldn't quite say that.

[She laughs warmly, brushing him off a bit. She grabs his chin lightly and tips his face up to her. Peony smiles happily and then lets go]

So what were you doing out here, Saphir? You shouldn't be wandering around on your own. The city's very easy to get lost in.

[She crooks her arm in his and smiles again]
