Okay, so I'm finally on the path to finding my career. I realized in my last year or so of college that while I can program very well, and do enjoy it, I like to do it for fun. I like small projects. I def agree, u seem way too bogged down w/ by the simplicity of the challenges you face at work. most of them come down to a certain someone's pigheadedness and outdated software/hardware which u have little/no control over.

and as far as gaining certification, why not be able to do three different jobs well. you could be the computer guy somewhere and do all three jobs ;) that's basically what my Dad does.
