Not all resolutions are about giving up - a lot are about getting better or improving something. I suppose ultimately, no matter what you do in life, there are sacrifices but it's not always about cutting something out.

Oh, and I don't feel it's entirely based on puritanical root; I think a lot of times people need a motivator to loose that fat ass of theirs...

I think you may have something there.. Like Lent, most resolutions only last about 40 days.

Good luck with yours, I gave up mixers with my alcohol (for the most part) a couple years ago and am very glad I did.

As for the picture thingy, if you want me to wear a wig and stuff one of Amber's bras to pose for you I would.. I bet that made you hot, didn't it?

i vowed to add one to all my excercises which will be interesting at the end of the year if i can pull off 1 rep of 365 without dying
