Glad to hear you're getting off your lazy freakin' ass and are going to get back into things man. You still using Razor Blades or was that just a high school thing? LOL.

Ya man - I work 9-5, get home and play with wife and kids until 9, then lock myself in my office until 2 or 3 in the morning either writing screenplays or editing current projects. You have to dedicate yourself completely to make shit happen.

As for your wife - you should be making her some fucking bacon and eggs for leveling out the playing field for ya.

You know, I tried to make fucking bacon once, it didn't work out. the grease was nice and slippery but I'm just not goth enough to find the third degree burns erotic.

Heard a good line on the 4400 last night. "Sorry about the mess, I had to fire my cleaning lady. She wouldn't stop... Cleaning."

Luckily, I have an incredible wife that is willing and happy to support me in this endeavor. During a discussion of this, I accused her of not being supportive so far. She responded with, "Well, you have to actually DO something, so I can be supportive of it."

Wow.

I wish I had been bright enough to say this when my ex threw that accusation at me, which was often.
