The cards are 2x3 each, so each sheet of cards is 6x9 -- they'll print on a single sheet of cardstock paper. You can open a rar file using any of the unraring software -- winrar is the most popular one for windows, I think; it's avilable at download.com.

As for the second part, I disclaim the awesome, but it is true that one of the things I love so much about SGA is the way it gives everyone a venue for crazy things -- I can't imagine having done this for any of my other fandoms.
