Social Security! Now you can be an old person in style (at least when that time rolls around).
I've always been under the impression that a rut was something that has been worn away over time (like a wagon wheel on the Oregon Trail (that is, if the oxen don't die or get shot)). Wouldn't you say you're in more of a ditch now? I think that would be more suitable. I mean, ditches are usually on the sides of roads, so you could climb back up and get on the road. Or maybe you're in a moat! But moats usually have crocodiles (or alligators, if you're in a moat in Florida or a golf course) and a drawbridge of some sort. Let's stick to the ditch.
That was a little drawn out. Anyway, you shouldn't smile if it's not a real smile. It's like false advertising, you know?
