Updation :P

So, I have said nothing for ages and now I am back because of HP. There are many other things I should be talking about, but hey. I'll get there.

1. OMG Hedwig. I was _so_ upset by that. Weirdly. And then I thought exploding, really, was just adding insult to injury. But poor Hedwig, I was very upset by that and naively hoped that those who died would be characters a bit like that, those who had always been there but didn't embed themselves too much. WRONG.

2. I laughed when Snape was made headmaster, yelled when Remus and Tonks got engaged (and as for pregnant-psssh! They did it once and he was thinking of Sirius :P) and was surprisingly ungrossed-out by the Ginny/Harry that, yes, I knew was there, but... did they have to while I was reading?

3. No, really, Remus/Tonks. For a while I got excited when he said he'd made a huge mistake, that's how mean I am, but turquoise baby hair is cute, and he was pleased and I was SO sad for him when they died at the end *sobs*

4. Neville Longbottom is amazing. Beheading the snake = GENIUS. Now he must marry Luna.

5. I was very upset when Ron left. This was one of the bits where I had to text Cheveyo (who at this point was already done reading) and whine about the unfairness of it all. But then Hermione _finally_ sorted herself out and kissed him which made me happy :D:D I was very scared for a while that he would die, so I'm happy everything is just so. I love that boy.

6. Alright, so Sirius is dead. Hmph.

7. I love the Hallows vs Horcruxes thing. Although the death/all-in-your-head-but-still-real thing was a little too much suspended belief for my liking. Way too easy. But the rest was so interesting and kept me very much entertained while they camped.

8. I still love Dumbledore. And Snape. Even if they're callous/vindictive bastards, I do love them.

9. Did not like the epilogue. Again, too easy. I mean, we knew, didn't we, so was it actually necessary to name your children after your parents and be all soppy and still-together and all that...? Oh, and who would name a baby Albus Severus? That's just cruel.

Overall, though, I did enjoy it. Obviously. I was excited and sad -esp when there were deaths. Oh, the twins :(:(- and tried to work out what was going on and still got it wrong (apart from RAB etc obv, as I've known that for 2 years :P). So very nice. I just want her to stick to her plan now, and release nothing else HP. Not even the Marauders. As much as I love Sirius and Remus, I think the bullying Marauders would upset me and, really, that's not the point of this. I'm happy with what I know. Even if the Wizarding World is populated with utter _bastards_. All is well. ;)

Other than that, last week I was at a festival for 5 days, working and listening to music and discovering Thomas Truax and Billy Bragg and taking photos of peacocks and generally having a great time :D
And I have to work tomorrow :( Still, might go and see Shrek on Weds. We saw OOTP last Weds, which was actally pretty good, although bits were a little..dodgy. And I'm completely HP at the moment, Cheveyo bought me a DS lite today with OOTP game, so I'm learning to play Quidditch and having fun with that, esp potions-at which I am amazing.

*hugs* Love you :)
