My printed NaNo book came in the mail today.  I'm all "Squeeee!  It's so paperbacky in its 253-page glory and so...has my name on it!"

It's a nice little free souvenier from November.   ^_^

Well...what I wrote is kinda bad and it looks like I didn't put in any effort. I actually used the phrase "then a miracle happened" just to avoid working out the details of one particular solution. Don't get me wrong...I like the story itself. I just don't like the execution. But part of NaNoWriMo is to not pay attention to what you're writing or else you'll drop behind or quit altogether. What you write is almost guaranteed to be crap. But you know...I've been trying to get this plot on paper for years and this was the first time I ever got to write "The End". I can say I wrote from start to finish despite the holes in the middle.

If you want to see it, I can PM you a link. But if you don't want to, that's perfectly fine with me. No pressure. :)

If you meant the actual book, lulu.com did a fantastic job with the printing. It feels like I just picked it up from Borders.

*hugs* I'm glad your book came around! I haven't got around to reading it yet although it's sitting on my desktop just begging me to open it. It's nice to have a token of all the hard work you put into it -- and you can always fix it by and by. That's what I think is nice about NaNo. :)
