I am so sorry for your loss. Yes the pain feels unbearable, and I too understand why people drink themselves to death to try and dull it
Animals who we love and share our lives with and whom love us are often the most precious thing in our lives and for many, more profound and important than human relationships, they give so much. You will never forget him and it will always hurt. I hope that your happy memories and those stories that you will tell eventually will help to balance out the loss. to help bear the pain and concentrate on the joy you had with him. HUG
