sorry--just when I read over this thing, I was like, "why the hell am I talking about the cist-ine chapel!" didn't fit--then I think germany--first thing that pops in my head: torture museum! -- I always think about it--particularly the idea of taking young kids there--wasn't a bad experience--remember those giant impaling spears? -- but I now wonder about all the potential tormented spirits that were there--went to catacombs in italy--the only place that was really haunted was istanbul--"I saw dead people"--thanks for the link! was trying figure out where it was--knew somewhere in so. germany.
