So I was doing my laps around the office park today (4 without stopping! Usually I manage 2 or 3 and then take a bit of cooldown) and this lady from the little medical place on the corner came out as I was walking past. She said, "We just wanted to let you know, we think you're doing great, you look like you've lost weight," and squeezed my hand
