Dee-lightful! Thank you, Dear! I saw this headline the other day but hadn't followed through till now. What I like is linking this sort of theory with imaginal exposure theories -- that could indicate that role-playing is as much a form of this 'adventuring' as rock-climbing. :)

The group of native peoples who RP as a matter of course -- I'll have to go looking for that article again -- is one of my favorites, I admit. I might be biased! :)
