Last night was the first time living in Seattle that I've heard gunshots. As of next week I'll have lived here a full year now.

In other news, Some guy was shot in the face twice with a AK-47 about eight blocks from my house.I suppose he's 'lucky' I counted 13 shots

And the more amazing part - he will not only be arrested, but convicted! And he will serve time, as opposed to being released back onto the street in 60 days. *headdesk*
