I somehow lucked out today that any time I was outside between buses, etc, it happened to be clear. Go figure.

I usually plan for being in cold weather with my costume, but never rain. And I've lived in Seattle 13 years now. Maybe it's good luck, or just I never go out on H'ween when it's raining...
