Let's suppose your father, on his death, left you, your brother and your sister a beach house. Over the years you've all managed to enjoy the property, with only minimal tension over upkeep, time-sharing, and paying taxes. Holy shit. Question, am I depending on the Beach House to secure my retirement? If so, arrangements have to be made to pay off the mortgage, including using any money left over from the sale of your daughter's house. Explain to Evil Fuck that he get's to live in the Beach house for now, as long as he signs the Million Dollar house over to you (assuming there is enough equity in it to cover debt.) A heck of a problem indeed. This has been one incredibly depressing week, but it was refreshing to get the feedback from someone who doesn't know all the crazy parties involved.

Jackie Gleason is supposed to sign over his share in various properties related to the family business, but that is cold comfort in light of the ridiculous and unfair mortgage payments that have to be made.

Daughter continues to be enabler for Evil Fuck. Unfortunately, those whose perspective this was written from are enabling daughter for fear of Evil Fuck withholding access to grandchildren.

In the meantime I learned that last August, when Evil Fuck's father died, he tried to rip off his own eighty year old mother. What a sweetheart.

Incidentally, "Daughter" is my sister. Like I said, it's been a horrible week.
