Started off the day talking to my Dad on Skype about the recent ministerial pay cuts. It's been a while. -

Life so far:- A sudden mild sore/itchy throat sprang its surprising existence on me yesterday (no signs whatsoever). Have been spamming water ever since.
- Got woken up twice last night: once by my annoyingly dry/itchy throat, once by a falling poster above my bed ._.

Sometimes I think my mind is filled with random generators.
I've been thinking about doing some sort of wall art when I move back into my term time room. I need black yarn and more dried leaves. And I need to make more magazine flowers. (If only coloured paper here wasn't so expensive grrr.) -
Finds and findings!
Got hold of decent buys at today's Boxing Day sales, although the crowd was insane and it took me forever to walk back down along Oxford Street. Plus when I finally got back I heard about the stabbing, and now...I think I should stay away from that area for a while. Things to be grateful for this Christmas:
- Surviving the winter 13 hours away from my family and everything else I've been familiar with for half of my life + not feeling homesick anymore
- The company of friends that are here
- Revision back on track (stomach flu you can't stop me; God 1 norovirus 0)

Edinbrrr (ok not as much as I thought though).
Back from my 4-day holiday in Edinburgh! It's such a beautiful place it puts London architecture to shame.
