Excuses, excuses
So, after careful consideration, and a brief deliberation, I have decided that I may have to stop writing this fic.
I was really motivated, I swear, I was getting a little bit done each time I opened Word. Then, something happened, and I realized something very very very very important. The idea wasn't mine, it must have imprinted itself so strongly on my mind after reading it that I decided to 'steal' it and use it myself. I should explain, I suppose.
My 'idea' was this: Go through the campaigns of L4D2 through Nick's perspective, showing how he interacts with the other survivors, throw in some Nick/Ellis fluff & smut for the fandom, end with a bit of a bombshell.
EXCEPT HOLD UP, THIS WAS ALREADY DONE. Beautifully, I might add, by dorcas_gustine in her story, "Snapshots of a Zombie Apocalypse."
I think re-reading that after asking around for it may have just... stuck the idea in my mind and made me forget it was already done. BECAUSE THE MORE I COMPARED THE TWO, THE MORE AND MORE SIMILIARITIES I SAW. The only difference would've been something towards the end, and even then, it was just a tiny detail regarding Ellis.
Sorry, everyone (all 5 of you), who were looking forward to this. I don't know anymore.
