This really sounds a lot better. I am so glad! It's not such a deep shame anymore to be depressed, about anything. The whole world is getting increasingly more difficult to bear for lots and heaps of people, with all the violence, wars, terrorisme, rising living costs, climate changing (etc.) going on. People are not listening to eachother anymore and if they hear what the other is saying, they seem to have lost the ability to understand, it is as if suddenly everyone is talking in an unknown language. No wonder people shut up and swallow their inner feelings and thoughts. That can become very dangerous because if you don't ventilate them reguraly they will block the lifestream, like cloths in a blood stream, people get "ice-olated" and icecubes don't flow on dry ground. So open up, share your feelings, shed your tears, because they will create a stream, in wich the icecubes are able to melt or flow out of your life. If you are not certain that you want everybody to read what you say, you can always make this lj a friends only lj, ( ... )

I'll do my best. I always do.

Some times it's enough, and other times it isn't. It's so easy to despair though, when feel you've done everything in your power to achieve something very important to you, and it still isn't enough.

I'm not sure about the friends only thing yet. I think it's possible to make individual posts friend only too... I'll either do that or send an e-mail if what I need to say is too "private".

For now I'll just take one day at a time and see how everything goes.

Rough end for 2006. But... Everything that goes down, must come up... Or something. :')

No one can do more than his/her best. Who is to say what is good enough but only yourself? Except perhaps the boss at work. Some people have expectations that are way too high, but we are humanbeings first before we will become good at "pole vaulting", wich is a very demanding sport, not a life style. Who lays the bar to jump over when it is never good enough?

Glad to hear it, dear! :) I recognize a lot of myself in that, by the way...

"Worry first about what you think of others before you concern yourself with what they think of you"
~Can't remember who said that or if it is exactly how it goes but you get the gist of it...right?
