I'm in need of recommendations for contemporary romance stories, hockey romance stories, and hockey stories in general and would love any and all suggestions, fic or books or movies/tv shows, whatever.

HOCKEY NOVELS, YOU SAY? *runs to bookshelves*

For hockey in general, I VERY VERY VERY HIGHLY recommend Fredrik Backman's Bear Town duology. SO GOOD. ALL THE FEELS. I love the characters all so much. (Okay, so it's really a story about community and people and loyalty, it revolves around a hockey team.)

As far as trashy romance, there's...

Rachel Gibson's Chinooks Hockey Team Series (Simply Irresistiable, See Jane Score etc) (I do remember being slightly annoyed by this series because it was obvious the author didn't know a whole lot about actual hockey, but I guess that's not the point lolol.)

Body Check and the rest of the New York Blades series by Deidre Martin (this series is really fun imo)

Breakaway by Catherine Gayle (it's the first in a GINORMOUS series and I didn't feel like committing to 10 more books or how ever many it's up to now)

Four Day Fling by Emma Hart (cute stand-alone)

Thin Ice by Liana Laverentz (this one is really dark imo
