That's tough to answer, because there are so many great things about him, like how patient he is with me, his sense of humor, how considerate and loving he is... but I think most of all his integrity. That's a really important quality to me. I know all his friends would agree with me that he's just a really stand-up guy, and I can't think of a single time he's done something he knew was wrong, dishonest, or would needlessly hurt someone.
Good question, that's one I really have to think about. Most immediate goal is to get out of debt, that's going to take a few years. After that, build a house next to my folks. I actually would like to some day at least be a foster parent, or possibly adopt - that would, of course, depend on the person in my life at that time, but it's something I think about often. More and more lately, since I'm finally with someone who I think would make a great dad someday... but, you know, you never know what the future brings. Will just have to wait and see.
I don't really want to re-hash everything and start that whole business over again, but I DID say I would answer any questions, so I'll keep this short and to the point.
To my recollection, she's never asked me to forgive her or even admitted that she bore part of the responsibility for the whole mess, and that's why I didn't want to continue the friendship.
When I first found out what the difference was, yeah I was a bit concerned... but I honestly figured what the hell, it's just going to be a fling so what does it matter? But then the bastard went and made me fall in love with him, so, shit, I was screwed.. lol
But no, seriously, once I got to know him I wasn't worried. He gets things right that men literally almost 15 years older than him haven't. Sometimes I worry that I'm too immature for him!
