Gadzooks. I vaguely recall an old car talk show where a writer of a mystery was trying to find some plausible way to have a car's wheels fall off... hopefully you're not under attack by strange old-radio-show-listening gremlins.

It is probably related to the fact that I got two new tires in November - it is likely one was not tightened properly. Some of the nuts broke in half.

It will get fixed, but the rental is... irritating in the meantime. Thankfully I am well!
