This has been a very bad week at work. The application we use to enter in the work orders kept crashing and it made life utter hell. This coincided with Illinoise being under water for half the week which meant they were flooding us with calls. This company I work for forbids us to EVER tell anybody calling in that our computers are down/slow, so

I have bronchial coughs all the time, buy some meds and some vapo-rub to put on before you go to bed, lots of tea and try wearing a scarf, that usually helps :)
