Haha, I do the exact same thing! I'm named after a spaceship captain in a SF novel, so I blame my parents for this.

I don't know for sure, I can't trace it. But it might have been something like me asking in the end "does your health insurance cover hypperspace disease?" I don't know if this is any better.

or maybe you saw in panel#2 I just had "hmmm", then I changed to make it more elaborate cause i wasn't sure if i was getting the connection across
