They let you smile for that? They didn't let me smile for my passport photo so I look like a grumpy Eastern European.

yeah u can smile. actually there's a big picture of what a PR card looks like taped to the floor of the immigration services office and the brown women is smiling (you know, brown, not white.. cause Canada Immigration is very inclusive of coloured groups... not like the House are trying to pass any contraversial immigration bills or nothing...)
