APPLES: there is this new kind of apple that is simply fantabulous. i can't remember the name *at all* sadly...

CHEESE: havarti.

Apples: "glasäpplen" and Ingrid Marie. These are Swedish kinds. ;)

Cheese: Grevé, which is also a Swedish kind. I love Brie too, but only once in a while because of all the fat in it.

I want to try more apples, but they don't always have special ones here.

It is the same here, and my favorite kinds are only available in the fall and the other kind in the winter. In the grocery stores they mostly have apples imported from other countries but I try to buy the Swedish ones.

I need a food icon, btw!

I love all cheese (Velveeta is not cheese) but currently my favorite is gruyere.
