Hehe I saw a minivan driven by some dumbfuck tourist going the wrong way down St. Philip's. It was funny as hell, especially the "I'm a dumbass but I'm an angry dumbass" look on the bastard's face. Maybe minivans suck the intelligence out of whoever is driving them. Now that I think of that, it sounds pretty accurate.
