You gotta show your girls that you're not disappointed in them, but by their behavior. Some of it has nothing to do with how they are as a person, but the ways they are acting.

If you treat them differently, like you are disappointed in them, they will act out and say and do things that push it even more in your face. Plus, remember, these are "freshmen" we're talking about.
