So after a long hard weekend of being on call and dealing with other crap, I finally had an amazing day. This weekend was full of alcohol busts and bleeding residents (don't ask, it wasn't pretty). This is for anyone who would like to answer, I just have a hypothetical question.

If you were put into a situation where you gave your opinion and other people didn't agree with you and in return become upset with you, should you feel guilty and want to apologize or continue to stand your ground?

Why does stuff like this keep happening? I feel as though I am cursed. Pray for everyone at WKU, this is an absolute disaster.

If you haven't already heard, there has been an update to the trial. THERE ISN'T GOING TO BE ONE!!!! The guy decided because there was already so much evidence against him that he was going to plead guilty. The hearing was this morning and he got life in prison plus 25 years. This means that he gets what he deserves and I don't have to testify. ( Read more... )

Thought I would let everyone know how things in life are going, other than the trial hearing. School right now kinda stinks just because I am already tired of learning what a good way to teach is. So I went down to Tennessee today to take care of the whole trial thing. I spoke with 5 district attorneys to see if my story is useful enough to help in court and apparently it is.
