So far it looks like Clarence is taking after Bella. Which I think is a good thing. I bet it's a good idea to go to the friend's place from now on.

Looks like you're making good progress here! Well on your way to unlocking the easel.

Oh, I did have a feeling that the fishing thing sounded familiar. That's why!

Keep up the good work!

[Spoiler (click to open)]Yes, in sitcoms there's really only room for one "dumb" character. There's also only room for one "smart" character, so Clarence will likely be the "popular" one. I saw an article online once about the six different types of sitcom characters -- I should find it again to develop my sitcom properly... )

Lookie, I'm here.

Bryan drinking the boot juice, lol that is a good way to get rid of them.
I had to use two recently in my medieval hood since empty fridge(comes empty) + 2 very fresh cas sims could not catch a fish before they would starve.

Well Bryan is learning new words at least.

Yah, first friend! They can leave the lot as soon as they meet someone.

Yay, I'm glad you didn't miss the update! You know, since it's your challenge and all.

Well, it's something to do with the boots and also free food. Free food is a good thing. I've been really lucky that Bella is so competent, because Bryan is absolutely useless, and the kids are too little to be much help.

Yeah, Bryan and Bella have weird gaps in their vocabulary... >_>

I'm pleased that a friend has been brought home, because it lets me use your "Twikki Island" idea. (You probably don't remember giving it to me because that was ages and ages ago, but you did.) But I may have made a booboo by letting Bryan go to the community lot to buy appropriate clothing for the kids before someone came home with Clarence. You did say that the shop-at-home hacks weren't allowed...

Thanks for making a fun challenge -- and for reading and commenting!

I can't remember, which is bad seeing this is my challenge lol. I say if they can't get to a shop and its the only way to just use the at home way but pay for it if possible. I must have had some way of getting clothes before the shop becomes available...

Some sims really are hopeless at catching fish and unfortunately both of mine were.

I checked my printout of the rules, and you said that it was -1 point for using the hacked coat rack to get clothes for free, and also +5 for every item of clothing bought at the "shop." I assumed the shop was a community lot that the sims could go to for the purposes of buying clothes, but you didn't say, so that appears to be an invention on my part. Can I still play, though? I'm enjoying the challenge!
