So, growing up with a dog I assumed that tapping cats on the nose was a good way to discipline them. So I did it once to Uranium and he hit me back! I was amazed and terrified all at once! How was I supposed to assert my dominance over them if I couldn't let them know when they were being bad?

And then I realized that I don't actually have any dominance over them and I should be content that they haven't tried to eat me while I'm asleep. And sometimes I blow in their faces.

Schuster usually gets annoyed and walks away when I thump him on the nose. Though really, often as not they know when they've done something wrong and act all freaked out and guilty -- Simon especially. I think this is because he was raised by dogs.
