Being a diligent consumer of health services, I decided to read the fine print in my insurance plan. I discovered many entertaining things, including that I must have pre-certification before any inpatient (i.e. emergency psychiatric ward) mental health services. I have literally (unintentionally) conditioned myself to be relaxed after the sound of a bell. Well, a Tibetan singing bowl. Whenever I meditate, I strike the singing bowl before and after. I went to church last night at the Duke Chapel.

At the Christmas service, they had a selection of lessons that laid the foundation for the coming of Jesus. The first one was about man's sin in the garden of Eden.

So, they chose Genesis 3:8-15, 17-19

If you notice, they conveniently left out Genesis 3:16.
