Forgive me if this post is a little too disjointed - this is attributed to too much Asahi. Today we had a packed day from 9 to 9 of various orientations. So off went myself and the other dozen in my accommodation.
my brother says that Den-Den Town in Osaka is a sight to be seen. First it starts of as a technology area, then segways into anime and then before you know it, there's nothing but sex toys and "real life" dolls. You know, a logical progression of the otaku order.
He was also miffed that he had to relinquish his Gaijin card at the end of his trip but was glad that, back in the US, people stopped staring at him and asking if he had gotten a perm.
