So this morning was punctuated by the epic search for a youth hostel. Quite literally - a walk in the par - Yoyogi Park - in the shadow of Shinjuku. Turns out it actually just a building on huge college campus. Oddly the whole places looks like the meeting of a cubist painting and Northeastern University.

Friday night we had some amibitions. I had been itching to go visit Tokyo tower - so that was the plan. That said a friend of mine had a tip about a really good (incidently vegetarian) Indian place. Long story short we had an EXCELLENT dinner there, but the tower was closed by the time arrived. So no dice.
