So does anyone know what's going on with the adds? I can't do anything about them. Switching from horizontal to vertical to in between the entries doesn't do a thing. Neither does changing the layout. It's like they're vertical, horizontal and in-between all at the same damn time! And the in-between adds just have to be square blocks so it just

here's my unhelpful contribution: I actually haven't noticed any problems with ads, but then again, I haven't really been on LJ much... sorry. I guess they've been changing coding of the site again and that messes up older custom layouts, no?

Yeah, I figured it's probably something like that. But damn if it isn't annoying. Especially when they pop up LATER than the rest of the page, so if I have already scrolled down, the page keeps jumping. Ugh, damn lj.
