[The man calling out was a... odd sort, to say the least. Tall, almost seven feet tall but strangely slim, face covered in make-up and his left foot was currently behind his head- he was apparently limbering up for something.]

Um...I'm not sure, exactly. I've heard of people arriving two or even three years ago, though I can't give you any names. But I think it's been happening longer than that.
