I had to do a reading of my monologue for my acting class today. It went really well. The prof seemed impressed that I had taken everyone else's notes and applied them to my piece. I don't quite know what to say. I lot has been going on. I am healing well. I finally saw Taran, one of my very good friends who I hadn't seen since spring break. I have to perform a talent tomorrow for my acting class. It can be silly, or goofy or funny or honest (i.e. cluck like a chicken [if i was Laura] or sing [if I could]). I have no idea what to do. Any ideas?

I got to eat taco salad for dinner tonight. My mom ground up the meat really finely and added a little bit of chopped lettuce and some cheese. Yummy. It was a nice change.

I graduated to regular-sized silverware today. I also tried to eat a mini muffin. that was a disaster. it was too chewy and got stuck to the roof of my denture. it was quite unpleasant.

So I finally saw _Finding Neverland_. Wicked Awesome movie. I so need to buy it. Laurita, I'm coming back with a whole bunch of new movies ( Read more... )

sorry I haven't updated in the past few days. I was in surgery. then i spent the majority of my time watching TV and movies. My jaw and gums are still quite sore. That makes it hard to talk, but when vicodin kicks in, all is good and I can speak fairly normally. some sounds are difficult for me to make, but mom tells me i am understandable ( Read more... )
