Yesterday I went to Houston Garden Center and spent about $100 on flowers. Making that sort of investment in my front yard is sort of a new thing to me. I'm not much of a gardener, but I think I'm starting to make peace with things that grow

i can't wait to see the newness of your garden. Believe it or not, in amish country theres such prime stuff for planting veggies and the like that no one really wants to be bothered, well no one more than the amish & mennonite who actually do plant them as a soruce of their incomes. I myself have always wanted to have a big garden. With my back of course, this hasn't been a good idea, but you know what im saying. I'm going to need to start doing a major overhaul of my webpage (i havent done any work to it since before patrick and i started dating) and i wanted it to be a nice little place for him & me. eventually i wanted to get our own domain and stuff.

Patrick has been trying to be as supportive as ever with my 1/2 baked schemes on what is going to be a good idea. :)
