It is to a certain degree, but its no worse than borrowing it off a friend. besides, it was promised in perfect condition.

As for the CD, nah not dishonest. I'd do it, you're not hurting anybody by doing it either. In fact, I know a lot of people that buy CD's a BIG W or K-Mart, burn them and then tkae them back all the time.
