Girls with shaved heads do, in fact, look weird. And my mom was bald for awhile, because of chemotherapy, and it was weird to think that someone who didn't want to lose her hair couldn't do anything about it.

I like long hair. Actually, I'm a big fan of Pantene hair (the kind that's unrealistically long, thick and shiny. Pantene hair is incredible. Especially dark Pantene hair.

I also like the commercials for blow-dryers and whatnot where the woman's hair turns into tree limbs (because it's so dry) and then the bottle of heat-activated shampoo shows up and turns her into a princess or something like that.

my aunt is going through chemotherapy right now. she just started losing her hair, and decided to shave it all off. this is actually not what prompted my post, she just shaved it off tonight and this was last night's. but, she says her head looks okay, so at least there's that.

it's the dream of pantene hair that keeps me going.

i used to have hair like that, and then like a year and a half ago i chopped it all off and gave it to the cancer kids. now i'm growing it out again. round two!
