I've been needing to update for some time, for there is much to tell, i just havent felt the desire to write out everything.

I read somewhere that the herb feverfew is supposed to help headaches. Ask your doctor and see if he knows anything about it, or would be willing to help you research alternative treatments. Sometimes medicine by itself doesn't always cut it.
