Uh, how old is Boone? I'm thinking early 20s? That's way too young to have a "great love." Don't sell yourself short.

Even if it is old enough (and I say no--you have to be at least 40), there's no reason he can't have another "great love" or an even better one. And great loves that last a couple of years or so do not even begin to compare to loves that last for years and years.

There's also that almost wonderful thrill that you can't quite put your finger on.

*sigh* God, I miss those days. It's so amazing and wonderful when everything is new and exciting. I really hope this ride goes the direction you'd like it to go. :)
