I think I'm going to postpone going out to get the card, etc. I've taken a calcium/magnesium capsule, thanks to my sis being a nutritionist (haha, i know right?) apparently those help with muscle tension or something, I've forgotten already, but they are also supposed be good for headaches.

Take a deep breath!! The main point is that you've realised this stressfull cycle of binge/purge eat starve is!! Think of what its doing to your poor body, it probably doesnt know what the f'''' is happening?! lol

Once you realise what you want, it doesnt take long to make a plan and get it. Ty go through one day not binging, count the hours, the minutes, the seconds, that way when you dont binge there will be no reason to purge.

Even if you're eating 'normally' get used to that again and then reduce reduce reduce.
