Haha, you can give into characters all you want (I'm a sucker for introspection). The last paragraph, I think, I like most :) I'm really curious see what happens on the other side of the story (aka Chandler’s plan to get things the way they should be).

Glad you like introspection, heh. It's kind of fascinating for me, exploring how Kent sees Chandler, which is how this chapter got a little out of hand in the first place =P

But originally, the story was supposed to go to Ianto after the last chapter, then to Chandler, before coming back to Kent and Jack. But Ianto was not co-operating, so I decided to re-shuffle. Next bit is definitely with the other side of the story. The current plan is for Ianto and Chandler to share one chapter, but we will see have to see. I probably need to switch out of the one narrator per chapter format when the action starts anyway, so the next chapter is probably as good as any.

Hmm...NOT much from the last chapter to this..THEY two could be ONE chapter.

Thanks for the feedback. Actually, the original progression of the story was to go to Ianto, then to Chandler, before coming to Kent and Jack (in the situation presented in this chapter). For this reason, the previous chapter, and this one, were never meant to be combined ( ... )

Thanks for the kind comment! I'm so glad you enjoy this chapter. I *loved* writing Kent think about Chandler (perhaps a little too much). I guess I just really like the idea of Chandler being the source of Kent's motivation and strength in difficult situations.

And I'm happy to hear that Jack reminds you of his Doctor Who self. I adore him in Doctor Who; and it's what I'm aiming for (rather than his more angsty self in Torchwood) =)

I think I'll leave this chapter where it is. I'm a page into the next part; and it is looking like the structure will mirror this one. So I think it will work out okay.

YAY! More. More! Can't wait to see what's on the other side of that door. Poor Chandler must be missing Kent! :)

Thanks for the feedback. I meant to include what's behind the door in this chapter, but I kind of got carried away with the introspection. And Chandler has decided that he wants to think about Kent in the next chapter, so I won't be able to get to it until after *sigh* Sorry =(
