so much more people talk to me and give me free things if i play a female character, it's a little disturbing really.

anyway, yeah. sometimes i find it difficult to keep up with people and things, and it is nice to have people just call or email me first etc, even though i should do it too...

Well, I suppose this is the time for each of us to seize the initiative and talk to more people! ^^ Actually, your IMing me the other day was one of the happy friend moments that created this post, so thank'ee for that.

Also, when I first read this comment yesterday, I was planning to note how funny it was that I've never had any oddness because of my female characters, and then all of sudden last night some lad blatantly hits on my little priest. So, so much for that luck. Surely, however, these people know that most of the female characters are played by other men?

Indeed, and no problem, tis always nice to chat to you.

Almost every one i had has had stuff (i got free 16 slot bags at level 10 or something on one of them), and a friend of mine had to get his whole guild to turn up as someone wouldn't stop following him around Ironforge once, which is slightly creepy.

You'd think they do - but then again WoW has more female players that most other games do, proportionally, so who knows :p I have given up trying to make sense of anything WoW related, its all just crazy.

I don't think I'll ever figure it out, either. Perhaps you have simply inhabited extra-creepy servers, and need to come join mine! There will be roleplaying and amusement.

Incidentally, my character's love interest offered to go beat up the guy who hit on her, which though I declined, I thought was rather ace XD
