I got my first and only tattoos at Writercon 2004 - but I only found this link today:

Yes, the pictures took me way back. So much, actually, that I just started uploading some of my old stories to AO3. Hubby accidentally deleted my entire fanfic archive from my own domain, so now I have to hunt down my scattered fics and upload them to AO3. Which is much nicer than my old archive was, anyway. Mostly I lost a few pics and nomination banners, and all the drabbles... the rest should be here and there...

However, with our youngest daughter in Ireland for a year we won't have any funds for such travels. At least not in the foreseeable future. Our eldest daughter is currently applying to universities, so it's not certain, how much supporting her will set us back financially. But, who knows, maybe one day I will just hop on a plane and go to Writerconuk ...
