i just finished my first week of teaching practice. i taught jr 1, which is 6th grade. it was really fun, a piece of cake! the way they train us for teaching is a combo of giving us handouts and articles on how to teach english, having open discussions, and pretty much just throwing us right in there. some people really bombed their first

hey steve! i wasn't sure how else to contact you so i thought i would just comment on your entry. Which, by the way i am very happy to see you have written. I was wondering how i was going to be updated. I'm glad to see you are having such a great time in China! I hope the next week will be even more fun! I miss you!
